God Simply Commanded and It Was So!

Margaret has been reading the book, "The Lamb" by John Cross to the six residents with dad at his care facility. When she read how God created the world simply by speaking (He spoke), one man, age 82, exclaimed, "Well I be ...! I always wondered how that happened." Recently Margaret and I read together the wonderful declaration of creation in Psalm 148:5-6, "Let them (heavens, angels, hosts, sun, moon, stars, etc) praise the name of the Lord, for HE COMMANDED and they were created!" When we make something we need paper, scissors, glue or we need wood, nails and a hammer, but God only needs to speak! That's our God. Glory!
